We would like you to be happy with your order from Shelley Fittler | Art by Shelley Maree. If something isn’t right with your order please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Change of Mind

  • We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at artbyshelleymaree@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage to help us assess the issue.

  • Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, including postage costs where applicable.

Wrong Item Received

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at artbyshelleymaree@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number and a photo if possible.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, including postage costs.

Order Not Delivered / Lost in Transit

  • Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date if your order has not arrived.

  • We will investigate with Australia Post and, if the package is confirmed lost, provide a replacement or refund.

  • Please note: Shipping delays due to carriers are outside our control.

  • Please note: Because original paintings are one-of-a-kind, I cannot offer a replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can resend the order for a re-shipping fee.

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

Custom or Digital Products

  • Custom artwork or digital downloads are non-refundable, unless faulty.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  2. Include photos of any damage if applicable.

  3. We will respond within 3 business days with instructions.
