Change of Mind
We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind.
Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at artbyshelleymaree@gmail.com.
Include your order number and photos of the damage to help us assess the issue.
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, including postage costs where applicable.
Wrong Item Received

Include your order number and a photo if possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, including postage costs.
Order Not Delivered / Lost in Transit
Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date if your order has not arrived.
We will investigate with Australia Post and, if the package is confirmed lost, provide a replacement or refund.
Please note: Shipping delays due to carriers are outside our control.
Please note: Because original paintings are one-of-a-kind, I cannot offer a replacement.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can resend the order for a re-shipping fee.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
Custom or Digital Products
Custom artwork or digital downloads are non-refundable, unless faulty.
